  • Please check over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your package so we can get it sorted out right away:)

Return & Exchange Policy Guidelines

  • We accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. 
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of online store credit. Refunds to original form of payment are only issued for damaged items or out of stock exchanges. Other refund, to original form of payment, requests are subject to approval. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • Damages must be emailed to us within 3 days of receipt of the item to be eligible for a return to original payment method
  • If you choose to be refunded in White Lotus Online Credit, you will receive an additional $5 in merchandise credit once your refund has been processed! This does not apply to late returns, or those otherwise outside of policy. Limited to one bonus credit per order.
  • Shoes must be returned without damage to their original box and must be shipped back inside an additional protective shipping box. 
  • Jewelry and Sunglasses are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Final Sale and discounted items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. 
  • Original shipping is non-refundable. And return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • If the merchandise was damaged or an error occurred on our end, White Lotus will email you a pre-paid shipping label. 
  • All clothing comes with a return tag on the sleeve. Merchandise must have the return tag still attached in order to be eligible for an exchange or return for store credit.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. You will receive an email with a gift card/store credit code to enter at checkout on your next purchase.

What is the status of my order?
You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account at the top of the page, where you can Sign In to your account. You can also view your order status and history without logging in or creating an account, check the status of your order here.

How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the  My Account link at the top right hand corner of the page and logging into your White Lotus Account.

Can I return or exchange items in my order?

Yes you can return or exchange anything for White Lotus Store Credit. Money back is only issued for damages, incorrect sizes (grossly over or under sized). All other issues will be given store credit that never expires. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, we can send a return label, and the cost of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to ensure you are happy with your purchase. How do I return my items?

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, we can send a return label, and the cost of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount. You are welcome to return the item via your own shipping methods and not use our return label.

How do I receive my White Lotus Credit?

Once your return is approved we will automatically issue White Lotus credit in the form of a gift card. It will be sent to the email on file and the credit never expires so you can be sure to add a Lotus favorite to your wardrobe in the future!

How do I redeem my White Lotus Credit?

Upon checkout, just enter the gift card code you receive in your email? Want to purchase something more than the gift card amount?..No problem! Just enter the gift card code and proceed to use a form of other payment for the remainder of the balance.

Can I use my gift cards in the physical stores or vice versa?

Currently you can not use the same codes, but in the store we can check your balance and transfer it to use in-store. If you have a store gift card, and you want to use it on the website just email us at orders@shopwhitelotus.com and we will get right back to you! 

Do the gift cards expire?

No gift cards NEVER expire:)
