How do I receive my White Lotus Credit? Once your return is approved we will automatically issue White Lotus credit in the form of a gift card. It will be sent to the email on file and the credit never expires so you can be sure to add a Lotus favorite to your wardrobe in the future! How do I redeem my White Lotus Credit? Upon checkout, just enter the gift card code you receive in your email? Want to purchase something more than the gift card amount?..No problem! Just enter the gift card code and proceed to use a form of other payment for the remainder of the balance. Can I use my gift cards in the physical stores or vice versa? Currently you can not use the same codes, but in the store we can check your balance and transfer it to use in-store. If you have a store gift card, and you want to use it on the website just email us at orders@shopwhitelotus.com and we will get right back to you! Do the gift cards expire?
